Merchant FAQ

How can I apply to become a merchant at the NWA Boutique Show?
The 2011 Show is full, but we would be happy to add you to our 2012 waiting list.
We are a juried show, which means we limit overlap so each booth is unique and everyone has great sales.  Our returning merchants always have first right of refusal for their space up to a certain date.  At that point, we accept new merchants from the waiting list.  Please e-mail
info@nwaboutiqueshow.com to request an application for the 2012 show.

Do you have a special room rate with the hotel?
Yes, the Springdale Holiday Inn has a special rate of $79 per night for NWA Boutique Show merchants and shoppers.  Call the Holiday Inn directly at 479-751-8300 and ask for in-house reservations and request to be put in the "Boutique Show" Block.  Or, you should also be able to go to  www.springdaleholidayinn.com and enter "OUT" as the group code.

Where is my booth?
